Audit

Preparation or Restatement of Financial Statements under IFRSs
In preparing the financial statements, the auditor follows the International Standard on Related Services, which sets out the specific requirements for the engagement. As this service is performed in accordance with the auditor’s professional competence and integrity, the financial statements prepared/reconstructed by the auditor provide a high level of confidence in your financial statements.
Audit of annual, interim and consolidated financial statements
The objective of our audit services is to express an opinion on whether the company’s financial statements give a true and fair view, in all material respects, of the financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the company, in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern accounting and financial reporting.
In addition to the formal audit opinion, we also report to the company’s management:
- Our observations and suggestions regarding risks identified that could lead to material misstatements in the preparation of the financial statements and to the incorrect calculation of taxes;
- Our recommendations to minimise the risks identified;
- Our suggestions on accounting, administrative and internal control improvements.
Operational and management audits
The purpose of the performance audit services offered is to identify opportunities for improving the company’s performance. The service assesses the company’s performance in terms of economy, efficiency and effectiveness:
- Cost-effectiveness assesses whether funds have been spent for their intended purpose;
- Effectiveness, which examines whether the use of resources has achieved the objectives and targets set;
- In the case of efficiency, the two are combined and the results are compared with the resources used to achieve them.
Audit of projects financed by the European Union Structural Funds
The objectives of our services are:
- To provide an opinion on the eligibility of expenditure declared in payment claims relating to support from the European Union Structural Funds;
- To assist project promoters in properly complying with their obligations and avoiding the risk of ineligible expenditure by advising on accounting, cost treatment and other issues.
Audit of individual financial statements, financial items, accounts or items
In some cases, the auditor’s opinion is relevant for companies not on the financial statements as a whole, but only on a particular part of them, such as the fairness of the income statement, the balance of accounts payable, the amount of expenses, etc. In this case, we offer a smaller, more focused audit service to obtain an objective and competent opinion on the part of the financial statements that is relevant to you.
